seotool.site provides automated SEO audit tools through a subscription-based web platform. Users may generate downloadable reports that identify technical and content-related issues affecting website performance in search engines.

No human intervention is involved in the analysis. The service is entirely software-driven, and we do not modify or access your source code in any way.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store or handle full credit card information. By subscribing, you authorize these providers to charge your payment method for the chosen plan.

Once your payment is confirmed, the selected plan will be automatically activated and access to the related features will be granted immediately.

Prices and features of plans may change. You will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial payment, provided that you have not generated more than one complete audit report during that period.

To request a refund, please email us at support@seotool.site with your order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

After the 3-day period or once multiple reports have been downloaded, refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you were billed in error or experience technical issues that prevent access to the Service, contact us immediately for a case-by-case review.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials
• Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have permission to audit
• Use automated scripts to access or overload the Service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any data or websites you submit to the platform.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
